14 in curved hickory handle in a slim traditional pattern. The handle will come with a wooden wedge and metal wedge for a secure fit.  Council premium handles are the finest replacement handles available. The handles are chosen for their premium grain orientation and density and are all Grade “A” American hickory.  All Premium handles come with a coat of boiled linseed oil.  Handles must be oiled regularly to prevent drying and loosening.
